As such, the company has chosen to expand its international operations into the Asian market while continuou sly improving the European market. The decision to expand in the Asian market is to remain competitive but to also attract new clients Location in Japan The new office will be located in Nagoya, Japan. This region was chosen specifically because it is a diverse area of industries which includes aviation manufacturers, automotive business, and railroad business. Choosing this location is ideal to attract clients in this region especially the airlines, since the region has an international airport which is home to many airlines. It also makes it easier for commute to the city of Tokyo and other fully developed regions in Japan. Office Structure A group of individuals were chosen to assist with managing the new assignment to fully support the operations in Japan. The assignment is to successfully establish the opening of the firms’ office, establish financial goals, targeting the appropriate clients for staffing needs all while ensuring that the company’s values and culture is sustained.
